Tonight we went on a bit of a trail ride down the section line road. Our companions included an extra human, a lovely mare, and an energetic young cattle dog. We encountered bunny rabbits for the dog to chase, rattlesnakes to make the humans scream, and we finished the ride alone in the dark. Cocoa was 100% perfect.
As we count down the days to this weekend, I wish I had more time to get creative, to be brave, and to show off what this kid will do—simply because he’s asked.
For the right person, I feel there are no limits.
