Had a great day with Padme today!She got into a different pen, so we brought her back to the training pen across the farm and with the help and coaching of Nina, she did great.
After this we led around the round pen and the surrounding area.This was the first time we had successfully led without grain as she thought being a kite was fun for a while and this did admittedly give me a bit of a mental block of worrying about it.Hopefully we continue to progress well now that we have began working through this!
Padme will be available for adoption at the Dakota Showdown in Lennox on August 22-23.
