Today and yesterday I worked on loading with Dove. Yesterday she was resisting but today I managed to load her three times! She was much calmer already today. I am so proud of her! I did have to use grain as it was a last resort. I am not a fan of using it as I don't want her to get a habit of expecting grain. The last time I loaded her tonight, it took minimal effort with the grain bucket!
Dove will have her first debut this weekend at the Bug Club show in Lennox! She will be in all ground classes as I do not want to rush her into riding.
Dove is such a sweetheart and very gentle minded. I am super excited to see her progress and watch us grow together.#showdownteamdove #dakotashowdown
