This weekend we worked on yielding shoulders away, leading, and a little lateral flexion. Frannie doesn't really like the round pen, so it was very helpful to practice staying behind me and not rushing. Also, the boring part at the end is asking her to come somewhere she doesn't want to go, between a somewhat tight area. This was the 3rd time she did it, and I'm really happy how she responded.
She responded to lighter pressure. Sometimes we forget we're not going to win a pulling match. A suggestion is sometimes all it takes.
